NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

ON FINAL APPROACH THE PILOT ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO DESCEND INTO BUSHES AT THE END OF THE RUNWAY. THE PILOT LANDED HARD, THE NOSE WHEEL COLLAPSED AND THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER.
