NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

On December 20, 2005, at 1834 pacific standard time, a Mitsubishi MU-2B-36, C-FTWO, operated by Nav Air Charter Inc. was destroyed when it impacted terrain, shortly after takeoff from Terrace Airport (CYXT), Terrace, British Columbia, Canada. The pilot and copilot were fatally injured. According to the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSBC), the commercial courier flight was destined for the Vancouver International Airport (CYVR), Vancouver, British Columbia. This investigation is under jurisdiction of the TSBC.
