NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

On December 21, 2005, about 1025 universal coordinated time, a Bell 206B helicopter, G-WLLY, was destroyed when it impacted the ground near Coupar Angus, Scotland. The helicopter was descending from 3000 feet to 2000 feet when radar contact was lost. The two occupants of the aircraft received fatal injuries. The flight originated from Cumbernauld Scotland and was en route to Aberdeen, Scotland. This investigation is under jurisdiction of the AAIB.
