NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

On October 19, 2006 about 0630 UTC, ZS-EXM, a Piper PA-28-140 collided with the ground near Petrusburg, South Africa. The aircraft was circling at low altitude during an aerial survey. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed. The pilot and passenger were fatally injured. The aircraft was destroyed. The local flight originated at Kimberly, South Africa.
