NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident
On November 26, 2006, at 1715 coordinated universal time, a Robinson R-44, Italian registration I-EVER, was destroyed when it impacted a lagoon near Venice, Italy. One of the helicopter's occupants was fatally injured, while the other occupant was seriously injured. The local flight departed from Crevan Island.
Shortly after takeoff, the helicopter impacted the lagoon and was destroyed.
