NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

On March 19, 2007, approximately 0955 coordinated universal time, a Beech 24R, German registration D-EDER, was destroyed when the it collided with terrain at Rendsburg-Schachtholm Airport, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident. The pilot, the sole occupant on board, was fatally injured. The local flight originated at Rendsburg-Schachtholm Airport, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the German government.
