NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

This report was modified on June 11, 2007, with updated information. On May 13, 2007, at about 1129 UTC, a Ryanair Boeing 737-800, EI-DCX, experienced a partial, temporary loss of flight displays after departure from Stansted. The flight crew declared a PAN and returned to Stansted instead of continuing on to Stockholm. There were 176 people on board. The NTSB was initially notified that the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) United Kingdom (UK) would be conducting an investigation, but upon further review the AAIB, UK, classified this event as non-reportable and will not be taking any further action.
