NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident
On November 7, 2007, at 1330 coordinated universal time, a Piper PA-32R, French registered FHCDV, owned and piloted by the accident pilot, was destroyed when it impacted terrain under unknown circumstances near Merrengberg, France. Weather conditions at the time of the accident are unknown. The pilot was fatally injured. The flight originated from Colmar (LFGA), France, and was en route to Dijon Darois (LFGI).
