NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident
On March 19, 2007, about 2350 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), a Lockheed L188C, registration G-FIZU, experienced control difficulties and fluctuation of the rotations per minute (rpm) and power on all four Allison 501-D13 turboprop engines immediately after takeoff from London Stansted Airport.
The investigation was conducted by the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) of the United Kingdom. The NTSB assisted the AAIB's investigation as the state of manufacture of the airplane.
