NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

On February 14, 2010, at 2019 coordinated universal time, a Cessna 550B, Czech registered OK-ACH, owned and operated by Time Air Flight, was destroyed when it impacted terrain near Reinhardtsdorf-Schöna, Germany. Dark night visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident. The captain and first officer were fatally injured. The flight originated from Prag, Czech Republic, and was en route to Karlskrona, Sweden. The German investigators reported that the airplane was climbing from flight level 260 to flight level 330 when radar contact was lost. The debris field was located in a forest area, in mountainous terrain, near the Czech/German border. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the German government.
