NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident
On July 29, 2010, at an undetermined time, a Bell 206B, N527TK, registered to and operated by Patoair Incorporated, crashed off the shore of Rio de la Plata, near Libertad, Uruguay. The pilot was killed, and the passenger received minor injuries. The helicopter was substantially damaged. The weather at the time of the accident was unknown. The flight departed from an unknown location and was enroute to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
