NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

On June 18, 2011, at 1514 universal coordinated time, a Shannon Aviat Eagle II, N54CE, collided with the terrain during an aerial demonstration flight. The airplane was destroyed and the pilot, a Polish citizen, was fatally injured. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Poland.
