NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident
On May 30, 2013, at 2218 central daylight time, a Beech 3N (BE-18), Canadian registration C-FWWV, collided with the water on takeoff from Red Lake, Cochenour, Ontario, Canada. The airplane was registered to First Air Service and operated by a private individual. The pilot and passenger were fatally injured and the airplane received substantial damage. The airplane was en route to McCusker Lake, Ontario.
