NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident
On June 7, 2013, about 1250 central daylight time, a Bell 206B helicopter, N207JA, crashed shortly after takeoff near San Luis Potosí, Mexico. The pilot and three passengers were fatally injured. One passenger was seriously injured. The helicopter was substantially damaged.
