NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident
While performing a go-around, the pilot was not able to get the airplane to climb or maintain altitude. The airplane settled to the ground 200 yard from the runway's departure end. A postaccident examination did not reveal any anomalies which would have precluded normal operation of the airplane. The accident is consistent with the pilot's attempt to get the airplane to climb prior to reaching an adequate airspeed.

The pilot's failure to adequately maintain airspeed during a go-around.
