NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident
On January 9, 2014, approximately 1904 universal coordinated time (UTC), a Bell 206L3, Colombian registration HK4462, was destroyed following a collision with terrain near Colombia, Anorí, Antioquia. The local flight originated in Puerto Berrío, Antioquia. The commercial pilot and four passengers were fatally injured.
