NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident

This is preliminary information, subject to change, and may contain errors. The foreign authority was the source of this information. On March 22, 2014, about 1630 UTC, a Cessna 205 airplane, EC-GQB, (s/n 205-0277) was involved in a forced landing following an engine failure. The airplane was substantially damaged and there were no injuries. This investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Spanish Civil Aviation and Incident Investigation Commission. Under the provisions of Annex 13 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation as a State of Design, the United States has designated an accredited representative to participate in the investigation.
