NTSB Narrative Summary Released at Completion of Accident
The Department of Civil Aviation of Sint Maarten, Netherlands Antilles, has notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Short Brothers Shorts SD3-60 airplane, which occurred on October 29, 2014. The NTSB has appointed a U.S Accredited Representative to assist the Department of Civil Aviation in their investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Registration and State of the Operator.
All investigative information will be released by the Department of Civil Aviation of Sint, Maartin, Netherlands Antilles.
